Randolph Brown M.D. opened Children's Eye Care in June, 1998, combining Dr. Richard's and Dr. Scott's practices at the Dean A. McGee Eye Institute and Dr. Brown's practice at Baptist Medical Center. Drs. Richard, Scott, and Brown are all board certified ophthalmologists as Diplomates of the American Board of Ophthalmology. They have each received additional years of fellowship training in the various disciplines of Pediatric Ophthalmology, child and adult eye muscle surgery, and hereditary eye disease.
